The Etihad Stadium

In 2011 Manchester City FC won the coveted perfect pitch award and Premier League grounds man of the year 2010/11.


 

1. East Stand

Known to some fans as "the Kippax" after the corresponding stand at Manchester City FC's previous ground Maine Road.

 

2. South Stand

Part of the South Stand is sectioned off for away fans

 

3. Colin Bell Stand

Originally know as the West Stand, it was renamed in February 2004 in honour of the Manchester City legend widely considered as Manchester City FC's greatest ever player.

 

4. North Stand

In 2010-11 the North Stand was allocated solely to families.

By Car:

Head towards the Mancunian Was/A635. Turn right onto Ashton Old Road/A635. Turn left onto Alan Turing Way/A6010

 

By Bus:

There are several bus options to the Etihad Stadium coming from all directions including:

53, 54, 185, 186, 216, 217, 230, 231, 232, 233, 234, 235, 236, 237, X36 and X37.

 

By Train:

The closest train station to the Etihad stadium is Manchester Piccadilly and is approximately a 20 to 30 minute walk.
