European Grand Prix

If there was ever a city deserving a F1 Grand Prix - it is Valencia - the new Port area is almost designed to be a race circuit! Valencia offers everything you will need for a truly excellent weekend of racing. The race accommodates up to 100,000 spectators and will use some of the facilities built for the 2007 America’s Cup. This race is being promoted as the new 'Monaco'. The actual racetrack is around the America's Cup village in the marina area located 2 miles from the historic centre and the 19th century 'New City’. This is where you find the most fashionable eateries and bars and it's great for shopping too. There is a metro and tram system in the city with connections down to the Port marina area. Alternatively there is a bus network and taxis are plentiful. This one could rival Monaco as the party Grand Prix!
