Le Mans Package Details

The package consists of the camping pitch plus the method of crossing the Channel. Prices are based on the cost per vehicle, up to 4 passengers. Cross Channel Supplements for Eurotunnel may be applicable according to number of passengers in vehicle.

Please be advised that additional camping equipment such as sleeping bags, pillows and roll mats are not included in the package.

Our Eurostar service leaves London St Pancras first thing in the morning and after an easy change to the French TGV service at Lille, arrives in Le Mans in the afternoon. 
The return train leaves Le Mans mid-morning on Monday, for an afternoon arrival back in London.  First class travel is available at supplementary cost.

• Transfers from station to Airtrack Village
• A 4 man tent erected and ready for use for one to four people
• A roll mat and sleeping bag per person
• Table and chairs

The package consists of your choice of hotel plus the method of crossing the Channel. Cross Channel Supplements for Eurotunnel may be applicable according to number of passengers in vehicle.

Also included in your package is complimentary access to the Airtrack Village and reserved parking at the circuit.

Eurotunnel - 
Cars & vans over 1.85m will be charged the same price as a standard car. If the vehicle is over 1.85m in height, high space must be reserved.
Cars with LPG or CNG tank will not be accepted for transport by Eurotunnel.                                                                      
Prices are based per car (max 9 passengers including driver) for any duration up to 5 days.
Supplement for over 5 days -  bike £20; car £40; van/minibus £60; trailer/caravan £35.
Extra's available: 
You can upgrade to Flexi plus on Eurotunnel for £90 per car. The benefits of the Flexi plus upgrade include flexible travel arrangements, dedicated check-in and priority boarding. 
 
P&O Ferries -
Dover to Calais
Based on the number of days on the Continent being less than 5 days.
Supplements may apply for stays longer than 5 days.
Package includes cost for up to 4 passengers in the vehicle. No height or Size restrictions.
Extra's available: 
Club Lounge - £10.50 per person each way Exclusive lounge, complimentary tea, Coffee, Soft Drinks, newspapers, waiter service and snack menu
Priorite`   - £10.50 per car each way - Priority boarding and disembarkation. Check in at least 30 mins before dept
Club Plus   - same prices/inclusions as above but discounts the Priorite` to £5.70 per car each way
 
Hull to Zeebrugge
Based on the number of days on the Continent being less than 5 days and the Car/Motorhome being up to 6m in length & under 2.4m high.
If your Car/Motorhome/trailer/Caravan is larger than the standard measurements above these supplements will apply;
Length supplement per metre (if over 6m) - £30.50 / Height Supplement per metre (if over 2.4 metres) - £30.50
Cabins accommodation is compulsory on all sailings - return prices from £60 - £175pp. Please call for quote and Availability.
All cabins have en-suite shower. Toilet and air conditioning facilities.
Package includes up to 2 passengers per car. additional passengers at £18.00

The company now operate a fluid pricing system - i.e. depending on demand and time of booking, much like the no frills airlines.  Call us for prices.
We cannot guarantee any price using this ferry service, However, we will make a booking on your behalf at the time you book with us - we will advise you of the cost
