1.1 This Insurance is to indemnify the Assured for their Ascertained Net Loss should  the purchasers of travel packages from the Insured Football Teams be prevented from attending or travelling to any Insured Event(s) due to :

i)        A Ban on travel as a direct result of an official directive from either, FIFA, UEFA, a member Football Association, government, local government, police authority or other official organisation

ii)      Terrorism occurring resulting in a Civil Aviation Authority (or international equivalent) Shut Down which occurs during the period of insurance and is beyond the control of the Assured.
