What is BEX?

BEX is our dedicated agent booking site and is open 24/7, meaning you can book a Thomas Cook Sport Experience at the best time for your customer.

What’s my login for BEX?

If you don’t have a BEX log on or you don’t know of your log in details, please call our agent support team on 01733 224 834 or agents@thomascooksport.com and we will help you.

Can I book a Thomas Cook Sport Experience over the phone?

If you need help with your customers’ enquiry or booking, we are here to help. Please make sure you are logged in to your BEX account before calling and we will talk you through the process of quoting and making a booking. We will also give you some top tips about how your customer can make the most out of the Thomas Cook Sport Experience, and create some great memories

Can I do group bookings?

Yes, our system allows you to book up to 8 customers. If you have a larger group please call our agent support team on 01733 224 834 and they will be happy to help.

Do you offer agent commission?

Yes, as a valued partner of Thomas Cook Sport, we like to ensure we have the best in class agent service and commission offering. If you are not sure of your commission levels, please contact agent support on 01733 224 834 or agents@thomascooksport.com

How will my customer tickets and documentation be received?

We offer a variety of sport experiences and not all event tickets and documentation operate the same way, so it’s important you check the important information section during the booking journey. This acts as errata and must be read out to your customer.

As a rough guide
UK Football Ticket & Hotel Breaks
Tickets are collected at stadium; your customer must have photo ID with them.. Collection times will be advised on your ticket collection email which will be sent to the email address logged in your BEX account around 2 weeks before the fixture

Non-UK Football Ticket & Hotel Breaks
Tickets are collected from your customers’ hotel. . Full details will be advised on your ticket collection email

For all other events including Cricket and Motorsport, your tickets and any additional event packs will usually be sent by post to your BEX postal address around 2 weeks before the event

Can I book European and Domestic Football Supporter Travel?

No. Supporter Travel is a service we provide on behalf of our Football Club partners. Due to the strict ticket selling criteria around away matches, we are unable to offer this product via our trade partners. If any of your customers would like help with booking this product, please ask them to call 01733 224 8344.

What is your email response time?

We do our best to reply to all emails within 48 hours. If your enquiry is urgent about a booking which is departing within 2 weeks, please call agent support on 01733 224 834

Can I make amendments to a booking I have made?

Yes, but you will need to call or email us to do this. Please contact our agent support team on 01733 224 834 or agents@thomascooksport.com who will be happy to help. Please note that terms and conditions do apply to changes and cancellations, and charges can vary from event to event.

What’s included in my customers Thomas Cook Sport Ticket and Hotel Experience?

Each of our sporting experiences is different. You can see a list of exactly what is included in each product under the “Your Experience” section of each event. All experiences include an Official and guaranteed event ticket


As a guide, all UK & Overseas Football Breaks & Darts Breaks experiences exclude travel to and from your chosen hotel and venue
To enhance the sporting experience and memory, we offer optional extras such as Stadium Tours, Hospitality Tickets and Match day programmes.. Please see BEX for the latest options.

What’s included in my customers Thomas Cook Sport Motorsport Experience?

Our Motorsport Experiences are designed to give flexibility and choice to your customer. Each event is different so please check the “Your Experience” section on each event page.


You can choose an experience with or without flights, opening up the option to add your own regional flying, but still having the security and expertise of Thomas Cook Sport


To enhance the sporting experience and memory, we offer optional extras such as upgraded grandstand and Hospitality Tickets and additional transfers. Please see BEX for the latest options.


We appreciate that you may not book a Motorsport Experience every day and that your customer is most likely to be attending the race as part of a celebration. Are flights included in La Liga Spanish Football ticket and hotel packages?

No. Our La Liga Spanish Football ticket & hotel breaks include official match ticket with a minimum of 2 night stay and must include a Saturday and Sunday night stay. This is because there is sometimes last minute fixture changes which could mean you miss out on the match.

Will I get the same price on BEX as my customer would do on your website?

Yes! We value our trade partners and offer complete price parity on all of our sporting experiences. The price you see on the website is the price your customers will pay and you will earn commission.

What if my customer wants to add nights, or change the flights to something different than advertised?

For selected events we can request extensions to you break. For our flight inclusive events, we are unable to amend durations; however we would recommend you purchase the Hotel & Ticket only element of the experience and add your own flights and extensions. Please contact our Agent Support Team on 01733 224 834 or agents@thomascooksport.com if you need some help with this.
