Grandstand Information

Red Bull Ring

The Red Bull Ring is in the beautiful Styrian Alps. Not only does the circuit have a gorgeous mountain backdrop but the views of the circuit have to be some of the best we’ve ever seen. Whether you’re in general admission or in the Red Bull Stand you get to see almost all of this short, fast circuit.

Start/Finish Grandstand

Start/Finish Grandstand - This stylish Start-Ziel grandstand, a futuristic design of a Formula 1 rear wing, is located opposite the pit lane and offers a fantastic view of the pit lane as well as of the whole start-finish straight from the Red Bull Mobile turn in the last corner uphill to the Castrol Edge in the first corner. This is a great place to watch the pre-race grid preparations and the race start.

Red Bull Grandstand

The Red Bull grandstand is located directly after the first turn, and runs along the outside of the track uphill to the Remus corner and the Schönberg area. The first sections A/B on this grandstand are great spots to watch cars breaking before the corner and speeding up after the first turn. The start and the pit-lane exit can be seen as well. Moreover spectators enjoy a unique panoramic view over the whole circuit and this is the area where most of the action will take place.

Visit Vienna

Vienna Top Attractions

Thomas Cook Sport Team Picks

The Viennese are well known for their love of the finer things in life and there is so much to see in this wonderful city that you’ll definitely want to come back again: the Danube Canal, the Hofburg Palace complex, the Belvedere Palace, Schoenbrunn Palace and Gardens, Vienna State Opera, Vienna City Hall, the Hundertwasser House, the Austrian Parliament building, St Stephen's Cathedral, etc. etc. There’s a huge choice when it comes to food and drink and lots of places where you can experience their incredible musical heritage.

Schönbrunn Palace

Visit Empress Sisi’s former summer residence. This baroque complex contains an enchanting park, the Palm House, the Gloriette and a zoo. Spend an entire day at Schönbrunn: visit the show rooms with a "Grand Tour with Audio Guide," admire the splendid Bergl Rooms, and stroll through the “Labyrinth.”

St. Stephen's Cathedral

St. Stephen's Cathedral is the symbol of Vienna. Construction commenced in the 12th century. Today, it is one of the most important Gothic structures in Austria.

The Giant Ferris Wheel and its Square

You may want to visit this landmark of Vienna in the footsteps of the immortal movie “The Third Man” or simply enjoy the view of the city from almost 200 feet up. One thing is certain only when you have taken a ride on Riesenrad are you really in Vienna!

Danube Tower

826 feet high, with two express elevators taking you to the rotating restaurant for a splendid view (at 564 feet) within 35 seconds: this is the Danube Tower, one of the landmarks of Vienna.

Imperial Palace - Hofburg

For more than seven centuries, the great empire of the Habsburgs was ruled from the Imperial Palace. Today, the Gothic Imperial Chapel, where the Vienna Boys’ Choir performs during High Mass on Sunday, is a remnant of the Imperial Palace during the Middle Ages.
