Day 1 - Wednesday 12th June 2019
The Thomas Cook Sport Village opens from 2pm. Guests are welcome to arrive any time from this point. Make your own way to our private camp site situated at Chateau Du Houx (accessed by Chemin aux Bouefs), right in the heart of the action and just steps from the circuit. Set up camp and enjoy the catering and bar facilities that evening.
Qualifying Day 2 – Thursday 13th June 2019
Afternoon qualifying sessions for Group C cars and Porsche Carrera Cup, followed by evening qualifying for the 24 Heures Du Mans. Another chance to enjoy the on-site facilities or explore the surrounding area.
Day 3 – Friday 14th June 2019
There is no racing on Friday, with the pit lane open to the public all day. Those with a General Admission ticket can jostle for photographs with the drivers in front of the garages. In the evening, the crowds descend on the town centre where the teams parade in open-top classic cars. Back at the Thomas Cook Sport Village relax with a drink from the bar before enjoying our famous Friday Night Party.
Race Day 4 – Saturday 15th June 2019
A final practice session allows drivers check the setup for the last time and if necessary adjust for forecast weather conditions. As the clock approaches 3pm the tension mounts as the cars line up along the grandstand straight. It goes up another notch as the band plays the national anthems and the green flag drops. Enjoy the festival atmosphere on site, with our bar and catering staying open through the night.
Race Day 5 – Sunday 16th June 2019
From midday spectators start to throng the grandstands. At 3pm this year’s winner is crowned with drivers and mechanics finally able to breathe easily. The Thomas Cook Sport Village is open for one more night with live entertainment till late.
Day 6 – Monday 17th June 2019
The Thomas Cook Sport Village closes and all guests must be off site by 10am. See you next year!
